Summer Festival

Our recent Summer Festival was a special event that brought our diverse community together in a joyful celebration.

The Daytime Workshops

^{During the day, our students participated in a variety of workshops designed to ignite their creativity and broaden their horizons. Through art, poetry, wheelchair basketball, African drumming, circus exercises, Irish dancing, and yoga, our pupils had the opportunity to explore new interests and gain valuable knowledge.}

Our students enthusiastically engaged with diverse art forms, embracing the richness of various traditions and expanding their academic journey. As a special treat, the workshop leaders and guest artists showcased their incredible talents in a captivating performance. This allowed parents to witness firsthand the amazing skills their children had acquired during the workshops.}

^{Our wheelchair basketball workshop leader, a former Paralympian, shared an inspiring story and even brought his torch from the 2020 Paralympics, leaving the students in awe.}

Our Community

^{Once the school day was over, our school reception, sports hall and playground transformed into a celebration of community and togetherness. Families, friends, and colleagues came together to enjoy delicious food representing a wide range of cultures. Sharing meals created a sense of unity and provided an opportunity for parents, pupils, and staff to connect with one another.}

^{As a special treat, the workshop leaders and guest artists showcased their incredible talents in a captivating performance. This allowed parents to witness firsthand the amazing skills their children had acquired during the workshops. The African drum showcase and Flamenco dancing added a rhythmic flair to the event, captivating the audience with their mesmerising our parents.}

^{We held an exciting raffle where kids had the chance to win fantastic prizes like an iPad, a laptop, a new bike, and many more fun items. The genuine joy and happiness expressed by our students, parents, and staff perfectly captured the spirit of the event.}
